A transaction may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

  • The brand/company’s product is out of stock, and the transaction is cancelled prior to shipment. A full refund is given.
  • The brand/company or H2C has decided to refuse sale to the customer prior to shipment. The brand/company or H2C will issued a full refund, including shipping.
  • The customer did not receive the item(s) ordered, even though the brand/company has provided proof of shipping, and the customer has issued a refund request (see below refund policies) to H2C at: [email protected] (Shipping refunds are optional, and at the discretion of H2C)

How to Get a Refund for an Order

If you’re unsatisfied with an order, you may be able to request a refund for your order.

  1. Sign into your H2C account
  2. Click Refund Request
  3. Complete the email prompt and receive a notification that your email refund request has been sent.
  4. Receive a confirmation refund request email within 48 hours of purchase, and prior to brand/company shipping your products.

Shipping Policy

H2C offers FREE SHIPPING through USPS, standard shipping, on all orders. This Shipping Policy explains your shipping obligations as a brand/company, and your rights and responsibilities when using H2C’s marketplace.

Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. Shipping Your Items

Brands/companies are responsible for shipping their sold items to customers. If you are using a shipping or fulfillment service, please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that your customers receive their orders.

By listing products on H2C, you agree to:

  1. Provide an accurate "ships from" address.
  2. Specify your shipping costs and processing times to H2C, and update H2C on any changes to your shipping terms, or costs PRIOR to changing them.
  3. Ship items promptly after they are sold. Prompt shipping means that you ship each item within 30 days of purchase, unless you specify otherwise in your processing time or agree to a different shipping period. Before you update your processing time for orders already in process, you must first obtain your H2C’s and the customer’s consent.
  4. Comply with all local and international shipping and customs regulations.
  5. Ship to the address listed on the H2C receipt.
  6. Mark the order as shipped when you ship it. Remember that you may only mark an order as shipped after you actually have shipped it and have the tracking information to prove the shipment to H2C and buyer.

By entering tracking information or delivery confirmation on H2C, you are giving us permission to collect and share this data received from your chosen shipping carrier with the customer.

In the unlikely event an order does not arrive, be prepared to provide valid proof of shipping. Valid proof of shipping must show that the item actually was shipped and that it was sent to the address provided on the H2C receipt. If a customer does not receive their order, they may file a refund request against your brand/company which will be deducted from current orders received.

Shipping Fees

H2C offers FREE SHIPPING, via USPS, standard delivery, on all orders. Currently there are not expedition, signature confirmation, insurance, or International shipping options.
